Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will work closely with leadership, operations, and media teams to support social media, partner communications, and content consistency across platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and uniform updates for partners while helping maintain the company’s marketing and communications infrastructure.

This is an in-office, hands‑on role ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced oil and gas environment.

• Coordinate and manage social media content across company platforms
• Assist with drafting, scheduling, and publishing communications and marketing content
• Provide continuous partner updates in coordination with internal teams
• Work hand‑in‑hand with operations and media teams to gather field updates, photos, and videos
• Help translate operational activity into clear, professional marketing and partner‑facing content
• Assist with maintaining the partner/investor portal, ensuring all materials are uniform, accurate, and current
• Identify inconsistencies or missing content and coordinate visibility and corrections
• Track basic engagement metrics and content performance as requested

• Advanced knowledge of current market trends
• Associate degree (2-year minimum) or equivalent experience required
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Experience in marketing, communications, or social media coordination
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work collaboratively in an in‑office environment
