Lyte Fiber, LLC ("Lyte") is seeking an accomplished and experienced telecommunications marketing leader to fill the role of Manager, Marketing. Lyte is a private-equity backed fiber broadband start-up with ambitious plans to scale and expand its FTTH, SMB and MDU business lines across multiple regions. The Manager, Marketing will be joining an experienced team that brings decades of fiber broadband, infrastructure and technology experience with a proven track record of building and growing highly successful businesses.
The ideal Manager, Marketing candidate should be an experienced, organized and energetic self-starter with a successful track record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This high-visibility role will focus on various marketing-related efforts at Lyte Fiber, including branding, website, campaigns, digital marketing, external events and advertising, ensuring that all efforts align with the company's business objectives and community values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with developing and managing Lyte Fiber marketing assets across digital, direct mail, and traditional advertising channels.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively drive sales and revenue growth.
• Oversee sales collateral programs to equip regional teams with tools and materials that support sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design and maintain marketing strategies that align with company values and business objectives.
• Prepare and manage internal reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for the leadership team.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide promotions and marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum of 7 years in Marketing
• Proven track record of successfully initiating, leading and managing marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of telecommunications marketing and industry practices is preferred
• Excellent leadership, public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as bending, standing, climbing and walking in construction areas
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
• Will require travel as needed to meet with regional staff, customers and market visits
• May require working outside regular business hours to address urgent service delivery issues.
