Junior Corporate Communications & Marketing Professional

Summary

The Junior Corporate Communications & Marketing Professional supports initiatives that enhance brand exposure, maintain brand integrity, and represent the public face of a family of companies. This role requires 2–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related field. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong planning skills and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and verifying content for client companies and publishing external-facing communications.

  • Translate technical or complex business information into clear, accessible messaging for internal and external audiences.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver high-quality marketing, advertising, and communications materials across multiple channels.

  • Create and manage content such as emails, newsletters, internal and external communications, press releases, advertisements, and related materials.

  • Coordinate with outsourced partners for SEO, public relations, and social media initiatives.

  • Support website and social media management, including analytics and updates to Word Press sites and platforms such as Facebook and Linked In for the company and its subsidiaries.

  • Partner with leadership teams to obtain content approvals, requiring professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Review, publish, and maintain content on the internal SharePoint site as needed.

  • Coordinate photography and videography projects for events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other relevant design and productivity tools.

  • Strong business writing, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
