The Marketing Communication Manager reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and oversees digital, fixed operations, and sponsorship marketing creative while supporting marketing briefs and video/audio creative.

Responsibilitiesundul>
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Communications and Manager of Engagement Marketing to lead agency teams on development, maintenance, and creative reporting for all digital, fixed operations, and sponsorship marketing campaigns.
  • Lead conversations with GST Marketing onJh digital, fixed operations, and sponsorship campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Communications and Data & Digital Experience Lead on incentive priorities for digital campaigns, and with Specialists and Engagement teams on sponsorship campaigns.
  • Manage execution of display, search, and social assets.
  • Maintain the annual CPU vehicle launch calendar and fixed operations sales event calendar.
  • Perform campaign QA as needed, coordinating with GST Legal for compliance.
  • Maintain familiarity with the GST website to guide agency teams on optimal user experience for digital campaigns, coordinating with Data & Digital Experience Lead and Manager of Marketing Analytics.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to evaluate and share competitive advertising and insights in support of assignment briefs and campaign development.
  • Develop and distribute assignment briefs for non-core vehicles as needed for digital campaigns; support the Director of Marketing Communications in writing core briefs.

    • Strong working knowledge of Toyota vehicles and strategic approaches.
    • Build and maintain relationships at GST and TMNA to understand and explore opportunities to meet business goals and stay aware of marketing plans while working cross‑functionally with media, analytics, and sponsorship teams.
    • Direct agency in maintaining the online creative repository.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Communications on asset needs.
    • Participate in vehicle training enweghị needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • 5-7 years experience in marketing (preferred), focusing on content development and management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
