Position Overview

The Entry Level Communications Associate at Hustle Notice Biz will assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively convey our brand message and engage with our target audience. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in communications, marketing, or public relations.

Salary Range: $16.50 – $26.00 hourly
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

• Assist in the creation and distribution of content across social media, website, and email newsletters.
• Support the development and execution of communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct research to gather insights on audience preferences and emerging trends for strategic planning.
• Help organize and coordinate internal and external events, including webinars and community outreach programs.
• Monitor and analyze communication campaigns, providing insights and performance reports.
• Collaborate with team members to develop press releases, blog posts, and other written materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools and graphic design software is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
