Responsibilities- Lead crisis communications preparedness and real-time response
- Align messaging for public-facing activities with Government Relations
- Oversee media relations and executive preparation
- Support company-wide town halls and executive messages
- Promote communications best practices and maintain reference materials
- Manage and enhance social media presence and engagement
- Maintain accurate and engaging web content
- Uphold brand identity and visual standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
- 5-10 years in corporate communications or related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in crisis communications and media relations
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Share Point
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results quickly
- Experience in energy, utilities, or technical environments
- Familiarity with earnings communications and investor-facing materials
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools and AI applications
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
