Marketing Director

Role Overview

The Window Experts seeks a strong Marketing Director who will oversee a team of two to build and deploy a comprehensive marketing plan. This is a high‑impact role for a leader who knows how to execute, manage budgets, and optimize channels like Google and Bing Ads. You will be the primary driver of lead generation, working closely with sales and operations to translate performance into customer reviews and long‑term brand equity.

• Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy, from building the initial plan and channel optimization strategy to hands‑on execution.
• Prioritize lead generation while collaborating across departments.
• Personally develop, employ, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
• Assign and deploy marketing dollars across campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation to hit revenue targets.
• Oversee brand identity and creative opportunities, such as renovation videos for high‑end homes and translating performance into client reviews.
• Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, specifically Hub Spot and Google Ads; lead the transition away from Sharpspring.
• Partner closely with the Sales team and the Operations team to align marketing plans with business capacity.
• Identify trends by understanding customer feedback and potential customer sentiment to refine ad copy and keywords.

• Demonstrated success in marketing leadership or managerial position.
• Proven ability to work hands‑on while effectively collaborating across various departments.
• Highly preferred experience with Hub Spot, as well as proficiency in Google and Bing ad platforms.
• Strong skills in interpreting data and translating complex insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Background in Home Services, specifically within the window and door installation sector, is preferred.
