Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join a growing team and provide support across all areas of marketing. This is a true “utility” position—ideal for someone eager to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team, helping to manage projects, edit and update marketing materials, and support digital and social media initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to grow and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

• Support day-to-day marketing activities across multiple channels.
• Edit, proof, and update marketing materials and presentations.
• Draft and schedule social media posts.
• Assist with video and content editing (tools such as Clipchamp or Adobe Premiere Rush are a plus, but not required).
• Provide general project support to senior marketing team members, helping offload tasks and increase efficiency.
• Contribute ideas and take initiative to support team goals and deadlines.

• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or other CRM tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, Clipchamp, Adobe Premiere Rush, or other creative video software is a plus.

• Candidate with strong drive, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in developing skills across marketing functions (content, editing, social media, materials, and digital platforms).
