We’re a fast‑moving organization looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Growth Lead to build and run our marketing engine. This role is for someone with senior‑level experience who isn’t afraid to get in the weeds and execute while shaping strategy.
What You’ll Do- Build and run marketing campaigns end to end (strategy → execution → reporting)
- Own brand awareness and messaging
- Run and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns
- Manage analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Support lead generation tied to appointment setting and sales teams
- Work with dialer systems, CRMs, and marketing tools
- Handle PR, advertising, and basic marketing research
- Execute social media, events, and promotions
- Senior marketing experience (startup or growth‑stage preferred)
- Strong with data, analytics, and reporting
- Hands‑on with paid ads, dialers, and marketing tech
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving fast
- Bonus: solar, renewable, or contract‑sales experience
