Marketing Director

The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing function, while driving our brand strategy, growth and market positioning. This person will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that will boost our brand, lead to customer growth, and improve customer retention.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to drive pipeline acquisition
• Develop and implement an integrated strategic marketing plan to advance the company's brand identity and broaden awareness of its products within our ICP
• Set the inbound and outbound marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, and report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
• Create, manage and experiment with new demand gen programs
• Leverage data to drive efficient payback acquisition
• Hire, manage and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Keep up with the latest trends in marketing technology and techniques

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
• Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Exceptional team management, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
