Job Description

Addison Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our client, a well-established law firm in Houston. This position plays a key role in supporting firmwide growth efforts by assisting attorneys and leadership with marketing strategy, business development initiatives, and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident working with senior partners, and brings a blend of creativity and strategic thinking.

This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the firm’s visibility, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the quality of outbound marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with firm leadership to support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing proposal materials, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
  • Maintain practice‑specific marketing collateral that accurately reflects service offerings.
  • Support rankings, award submissions, and industry listings.
  • Conduct market research to help identify trends and support business growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate public relations materials such as articles, attorney bios, and announcements.
  • Manage logistics for client‑facing events, sponsor ships, and conferences.
  • Oversee branded materials, marketing budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain website updates, support SEO initiatives, and manage the firm’s social media presence.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing and BD platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing or business development experience, including at least 1 year in a law firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience preparing pitch materials and RFPs for senior leaders or partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and a client‑focused approach.
Nice to Have
  • Membership or involvement in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA).
