Position Description - Full-time | Hybrid – 3 days/week at 777 Post Oak Blvd., Houston, TX

Priority Power is growing quickly, and we’re expanding our marketing team with a Marketing Coordinator who will support two major areas in the department: (1) creation and management of on‑brand marketing collateral and (2) coordination of industry events and trade shows.

This is a highly organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative production and logistics, and can manage multiple assignments at once with accuracy.

What You’ll Do Marketing Collateral & Design Support
  • Create and customize marketing materials — including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, flyers, social media graphics, and event collateral — using existing branded templates in PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Tailor materials for specific customers, industries, and sales opportunities while ensuring high-quality, on‑brand visual consistency.
  • Make design enhancements such as formatting, layout adjustments, chart cleanup, and visual balance improvements.
  • Maintain and organize template libraries, asset folders, and version control.
  • Collaborate with Sales and subject‑matter experts to gather inputs and deliver polished materials quickly and accurately.
  • Support additional graphic design needs for conferences, booth assets, or other marketing initiatives.
Event & Trade Show Coordination
  • Plan and execute Priority Power’s trade shows and sponsored events — including timelines, budgets, booth assets, signage, shipping, swag, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage event logistics end‑to‑end: inventory tracking, booth materials, registration, staffing coordination, and onsite support as needed.
  • Coordinate contractors, exhibit partners, promotional vendors, and shipping providers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support event performance tracking through lead list organization, documentation, and post‑event recaps.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, and subject‑matter experts to ensure events and collateral align with business goals.
Process, Quality & Operational Support
  • Ensure all marketing materials and event assets meet brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Update and refine existing collateral when branding, messaging, or data changes.
  • Support print production needs, file preparation, and vendor communication for both collateral and event deliverables.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes for collateral management, event planning, and asset organization.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, design production, events, sales enablement, or similar roles.
  • Hands‑on experience customizing marketing collateral using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent design platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed.
Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Graphic design experience or familiarity with tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Experience with exhibit partners, booth build‑outs, or event contractors.
  • Understanding of print production workflows and file preparation.
  • B2B marketing experience (energy, utilities, SaaS, or professional services).
  • Experience with swag sourcing or promotional material management.
