A leading engineering solutions company is seeking an Electrician for E-Houses & Control Skid Manufacturing to support the build and wiring of industrial power systems in a production environment. The ideal candidate is a skilled industrial electrician with strong schematic interpretation and hands‑on assembly experience. Working autonomously, the new hire will contribute to production goals by performing electrical builds from drawings while ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.

Hours6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10‑hour days)
Responsibilities- Build and wire E-houses and control/power skids in a manufacturing environment.
- Work with industrial systems including switch gear, MCCs, and control panels.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform electrical installation, terminations, and assembly tied to 480V systems (with exposure to 15kV environments).
- Support troubleshooting and quality checks as needed (point‑to‑point, punch list support).
- Cross‑train across work areas as production priorities shift (lean manufacturing model).
- 5‑10+ years of hands‑on electrical experience in industrial manufacturing/builds
- Experience with E-houses and/or control skids / power skids (or closely related industrial power builds)
- Familiarity with switch gear and MCC work
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics
- Must own toolbox
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual (this team runs on accountability and consistency)
