Location: Northeast Houston, TX.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Overtime: Expected as needed.

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay.

Openwork is currently seeking a dependable Material Handler / Equipment Helper to support production operations for a manufacturing facility in Northeast Houston, Texas
. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong forklift and material handling experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contributing to efficient production workflows.

The Material Handler / Equipment Helper plays a key role in maintaining the flow of materials throughout the facility. In this position, you will move materials from the production line, stage products for shipment, and assist equipment operators when needed to help ensure production runs smoothly.

• Operate a forklift to move materials coming off the Mebac production equipment.
• Stage and organize finished materials for shipping and distribution.
• Load materials onto the production line as needed.
• Assist machine operators with production support tasks when required.
• Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Support additional warehouse or production duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2+ years of forklift operation and material handling experience required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
