Now Hiring:
Process Engineer – Oil & Gas Manufacturing (On-Site; 9/80)
We’re looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations for downhole heater systems used in oil & gas applications
. This role focuses on roll reduction, tube forming, heat treatment, and heavy industrial manufacturing processes
.
- 🎓
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, Materials, or related) - 🏭 5–10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing
- Experience in metal forming, tube production, roll reduction, or hot-work processes
- Strong background in process improvement, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
- Roll reduction and tube forming operations
- Heat treatment and metallurgical process optimization
- Manufacturing process development and continuous improvement
- Collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality teams
- Newly created position due to growth

- 9/80 schedule (every other Friday OFF)
