The Quality Assurance Technician plays a key role in ensuring products meet established quality and safety standards by supporting production through routine testing, inspections, and documentation. This hands‑on, entry‑level position works closely with the QA and Operations teams to monitor processes, maintain laboratory programs, and help identify and resolve quality issues in a manufacturing environment. This role supports 1st shift. The schedule is Monday‑Friday 5:00 am–1:30 pm with occasional Saturdays as business needs dictate.

The pay rate for this role is $19.00 per hour.

• Review production line parameters and performance for adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Guidelines and Facility Procedures
• Test samples for physical and chemical properties for adherence to Quality Specifications, including raw materials and finished products
• Generate and ship samples for outside analytical testing
• Maintain the Quality Retain Program
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization
• Document testing, hold product, conduct internal investigations, and perform root cause analysis
• Order lab supplies
• Maintain Instrument Calibration Program
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma with excellent mathematics and problem‑solving skills
• Less than one year of hands‑on experience with quality systems and checks (preferred)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Use of hands and arms together to move various items
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills (Word/Excel)
• Ability to work safely, carefully and follow strict guidelines
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Detail oriented
