Bilingual Machine operator

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd shift - 4pm-2am Monday through Thursday

Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Set up machines, load materials, and make basic adjustments as needed
• Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
• Follow all safety policies, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout when applicable
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S/housekeeping standards)
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Work closely with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams
