Mustang Rental Services is actively hiring Rental Equipment Technicians / Mechanics across all skill levels for Shop Service and Field Service positions in Spring, Texas

As a Rental Equipment Mechanic, you will perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang’s expanding fleet of rental construction equipment, including diesel-powered machines, aerial lifts, and man lifts. You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure safe, reliable performance for our customers.

• Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous mechanic experience or military service highly valued
• Strong understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills

• Technical certificate or associate degree from an accredited program
• Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment
• Experience servicing aerial and man lift equipment
• Technical knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors
• Welding experience is a plus
