Stator Technician

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Stator Technician to join a manufacturing team in the North Houston area.

Night Shift 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM (possible up to 12‑hour shifts, 7 days a week)

• Experience in manufacturing environments with manual lathe operation, assembly, or cutback operations.
• Electric motor or starter repair experience (AC/DC motors preferred)
• Hands‑on work with stators and rotors, including basic inspection and handling
• Familiarity with the disassembly and reassembly of electrical/mechanical components
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Forklift and overhead crane operation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, including Word and Excel, is a plus.

• Operate manufacturing equipment for stator production, including metal preparation, adhesive application, assembly, rubber injection, cutback, and straightening.
• Ensure all product output meets quality standards and productivity goals.
• Record production data and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace while collaborating with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Stator Supervisor.
