This is a full‑time, on‑site Structural Welding Fitter role based in Houston, TX. The Structural Welding Fitter's key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and schematics, preparing materials, assembling components, and ensuring all tack welds and components meet strict quality and safety standards. The role also entails collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines and maintaining compliance with company and industry regulations.

• Strong understanding of Materials used in welding and fabrication work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to quality and precision.
• Prior experience in fabrication, heavy‑duty manufacturing, or working in an ISO 9001:2015‑compliant environment is a plus.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of an industrial work environment, including lifting heavy materials and working with large equipment.
