As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by setting up and operating CNC plasma or gas cutting machines. Your attention to detail and technical knowledge will help ensure components are manufactured accurately and meet strict quality standards.

• Set up and operate CNC plasma and gas cutting machines.
• Load, align, and secure materials for accurate cutting operations.
• Interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished components to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with company safety standards.

• 3+ years of CNC plasma or gas cutting machine experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Manual dexterity and confidence operating machine controls.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented manufacturing environment.
