What you’ll do…

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing/Production Planner to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, materials requirements, and manufacturing workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high‑quality microgrid systems. You will serve as the link between manufacturing, warehouse, procurement, and engineering to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing capacity.
  • Coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Monitoring work‑in‑progress (WIP) and adjusting schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
  • Collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support product launches.
  • Reviewing and analyzing production data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Preparing and distributing daily/weekly production status reports.
  • Ensuring all planning activities align with company quality standards, safety procedures, and EROCK Core Values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, or materials management experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (Net Suite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production documents.
Preferred Skills
  • Have experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
  • Can balance big‑picture production goals with day‑to‑day detail management.
