Production Assembler; Manufacturing

We are looking for Production Assemblers to support hands-on assembly, testing, and final build of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow work instructions and drawings, perform self-inspections, and help maintain a safe, organized production area.

• Assemble, troubleshoot, and complete final product build according to production drawings, process requirements, and work instructions.
• Perform in-process quality self-inspections to ensure products meet specifications; elevate abnormalities/issues in a timely manner.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safely use tools/equipment such as electric screwdrivers, soldering/welding tools, and inspection instruments.
• Maintain 5S standards (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) to keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Support production schedules and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor/lead.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred (or relevant experience)
• Experience:
• 1+ year of assembly experience in mechanical, electronics, automotive, or similar industries preferred
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training can be provided, but basic hands‑on ability is required
• Skills:
• Ability to read and follow simple drawings and/or process instructions
• Comfortable using common assembly tools (hand tools, power tools, measuring/inspection tools)
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work on a production line environment
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/handle parts as required for the role (reasonable accommodations available)
