Responsible for coordinating and developing production schedules on a daily or weekly basis to meet goals. Takes stock of inventory levels and facilitates providing the necessary information regarding materials and components. Coordinates customer shipments with the shipping department.

• Supply chain management
• Oversee Production Planning
• Forecasting
• Manage finished goods and WIP inventories to target levels
• Review weekly production schedules to maximize efficiency
• Servicing internal/external customers
• Communicate daily with supervisors/managers regarding completions, capacity, and product availability
• Monitor work order start dates and raise awareness of any order not started on time
• Provide support as needed for a 24/7 365 manufacturing plant.

• Minimum
  
  Education Required:
  
  Associate’s degree
• Experience: 5+ years managing scheduling functions.
• Skills:
  • Absolute commitment to safety
  • Problem solving and general troubleshooting skills
  • Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
