• Lead in the areas of Safety, Reliability, Team Development, Cost Control, and Project Management.
• Develop and execute reliability‑based maintenance programs to ensure optimum performance of equipment related to plant operations in multiple applications.
• Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Demonstrated experience in team development and maintenance system management.
• Thorough understanding of industrial maintenance principles associated with steel plant processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of crane/industrial mobile equipment maintenance.
• Leadership experience.
• Bilingual, English–Spanish speaker.
