CSAT Solutions is seeking detail-oriented individuals with excellent fine motor skills to join our production team as Precision Application Technicians. In this role, you will apply thermal interface materials (thermal paste) to computer motherboards and electronic components with accuracy, consistency, and care.

This position is ideal for individuals with steady hands, strong attention to detail, and experience performing precise, controlled manual work. No prior electronics experience is required — paid training is provided.

Apply thermal paste to designated motherboard components following exact specifications

Ensure proper quantity, placement, and consistency of application

Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards

Follow detailed work instructions and process documentation

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Meet daily production and quality targets

Report defects or irregularities to supervisors

Follow all safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

Ability to perform precise, repetitive hand movements consistently

High attention to detail

Ability to follow written and visual instructions

Comfortable working in a production or cleanroom environment

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Electronics assemblers

Watch repair technicians

Miniature painters or model builders

Clean, climate-controlled production facility

Position is based at CSAT Solutions’ Houston facility

Repetitive precision work requiring focus and consistency

Requires standing, walking, and working in a production/repair environment for extended periods

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Regular exposure to electronic components, ESD-protected areas, and repair tools
