• Manage daily machining operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of machinists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Develop and implement machining processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining techniques and tooling.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on production performance, quality metrics, and team progress for upper management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in machining operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a machining environment.
• Proficient in using machining software and tools.
