We are launching a new warehouse facility and are seeking a reliable, energetic Production Associate to join our team immediately. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations and apparel production, including t‑shirt printing.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, quick on their feet, and able to keep up with a busy production workflow.

• Perform shipping & receiving tasks
• Pack and prepare orders for fulfillment
• Break down boxes and maintain warehouse organization
• Fold t‑shirts and prepare garments for production
• Steam garments as needed
• Assist in screen‑printing or apparel production processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Follow daily production schedules and meet deadlines

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more consistently
• Ability to stand, move, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately

• English required ( fluent in Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi is plus)
• (Multilingual candidates strongly preferred for workflow communication)
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Familiarity with apparel printing or fulfillment operations
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks

• Pay rate at or slightly above minimum wage (based on experience)
