Steel Fabricator Foreman

Stark Building Systems is a growing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and structural steel fabrication company headquartered in Pearland, TX. We operate out of a 120,000 sq ft facility equipped with state-of-the-art machinery including Drill Lines, Plasma Machines, Angle Lines, and Pull-Through Welders. We're building something from the ground up — and we want the right people leading the charge on the shop floor.

We're looking for an experienced and driven Shop Foreman to own daily operations in our fabrication facility. You'll be the anchor of the shop floor — keeping production moving, quality tight, and your team motivated and safe. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your decisions directly impact what goes out the door.

• Supervise and lead a team of steel fabricators day-to-day
• Coordinate workflows to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and specification standards
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a culture of accountability
• Maintain and oversee shop equipment and tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Partner with management to continuously improve shop efficiency and output

• Proven hands‑on experience in steel fabrication — welding, cutting, and shaping
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and grinding equipment
• Safe and certified forklift operation
• Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and fabrication specs
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and shop safety standards
• Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman capacity is a strong plus
• A natural leader who can motivate a team and solve problems under pressure
