Quality Assurance Technician​/Inspector

Position: Quality Assurance Technician/ Inspector
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Inspector to join their team. As an Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and quality control teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Read engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate inspection processes.

+ Perform production and torque testing on assembled actuators.

+ Inspect machined parts, verifying accuracy against engineering drawings using calibrated inspection devices.

+ Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess part dimensions.

+ Calibrate inspection tools such as micrometers, thread gauges, and dial calipers to maintain measurement accuracy.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Two to five years of inspection experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Knowledge of quality testing methods including non-destructive testing (dye penetrant, ultrasonic, magnetic particle).

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings.
