Location: Houston, TX 77018
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + Overtime
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience ($20-25hr)
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in delivering meticulous, tailored solutions for our diverse client base.
What You Will Do
- Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and specialty alloys.
- Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and blueprints created in Solid Edge and AutoCAD to ensure parts meet exact customer specifications.
- Use a combination of advanced machinery and manual processes to cut, bend, and form precision parts.
- Follow project routers and management controls to ensure efficient workflow from start to finish.
- Proven experience welding thin-gauge sheet metal and stainless steel (TIG).
- Ability to accurately read and work from complex technical drawings and design packages.
- Extensive experience working with Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Carbon Steel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering parts that meet strict tolerances and quality standards.
Ability to maintain a consistent 6:00 AM start time and work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
