Welder (Steel and Aluminum) - 3rd Shift

Full-Time | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $24-$25 per hour

What You'll Work On:

Your work will directly support high-quality production and fabrication. Every weld you complete contributes to durable, reliable finished products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing MIG welding on carbon steel.
• Using a spool gun MIG system to weld aluminum components.
• Completing minor fitting tasks to support fabrication.
• Assisting team members to help meet production goals.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.

The Experience You Bring:

We're looking for a welder who combines technical skill with reliability and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3 - 5 years of welding experience.
• Strong MIG welding experience with carbon steel.
• Experience using a spool gun MIG for aluminum welding (preferred).
• Basic fitting and fabrication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• A dependable, safety-first approach to every shift.

Schedule & Pay:

• Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Pay Range: $24-$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level
• Employment Type: Full-Time
