What You'll Do:

As a Detailer & Checker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and buildable designs by reviewing and refining Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) packages.

You'll work with MBS outputs, incorporating custom materials into designs and identifying necessary adjustments. Your ability to recognize connection points, structural inconsistencies, and design errors will be key to keeping projects on track.

In this role, you'll be a key player in creating detailed approval and erection drawings for specialized PEMB projects. Your work will support engineers, project managers, estimators, and vendors as they bring complex structures to life. Expect to fine-tune drawings, add critical details, and ensure that every component-from framed openings to trim details-is perfectly in place.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

PEMB Checking and Detailing Expertise - You understand loads, clearances, framed openings, and trim details inside and out.
Technical Proficiency - You're comfortable using AutoCAD (or similar 3D software) to create accurate, clear drawings.
Communication Skills - You collaborate effortlessly with PMs, estimators, purchasing teams, vendors, and customers to keep projects on track.
Approval & Erection Drawings - You've worked with submittals, material drawings, and coordination between teams to ensure seamless execution.
Industry Experience - You bring 5-6 years of PEMB detailing to the table and are ready to contribute from day one.
Tech-Savvy - You're proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
