Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Harness Assembler, where you will be responsible for wiring harnesses from start to finish. Collaborate with a team of five and work across all areas of the wire assembly process. Follow work instructions, yet demonstrate the ability to crimp wires independently.
Responsibilities- Assemble wiring harnesses from start to finish.
- Collaborate with a team of about five people in the wire assembly area.
- Follow work instructions and independently crimp wires.
- Minimum of 2 years of wiring experience.
- Proficiency in using crimping tools.
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in building wiring harnesses.
- Ability to identify different wire thicknesses (gauges).
- Experience in soldering and electronic assembly.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a large, air‑conditioned manufacturing shop. Work hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday shifts from 6 AM to 2:30 PM and frequent 10‑hour shifts from 6 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
