** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
* Guide and support team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
* Monitor equipment, processes, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.
* Identify and resolve production challenges to keep workflow on track.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet goals and enhance plant performance.

** Work Environment
*** Work is performed in an operational plant setting with exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
* Personal protective equipment is required and provided.
* Role may involve standing, walking, climbing, or lifting as part of normal duties.
** What We Offer*** $90,000-$95,000/yr base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan
