Openwork is partnering with a respected steel and aluminum manufacturer to add a skilled Welder to their growing production team. This is your opportunity to bring your expertise into a workplace that values precision, craftsmanship, and consistent quality.

What You’ll Work OnYour work will directly support high-quality production and fabrication. Every weld you complete contributes to durable, reliable finished products.
Your responsibilities- Performing MIG welding on carbon steel.
- Using a spool gun MIG system to weld aluminum components.
- Completing minor fitting tasks to support fabrication.
- Assisting team members to help meet production goals.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
We’re looking for a welder who combines technical skill with reliability and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Ideal candidates will have- 3 - 5 years of welding experience.
- Strong MIG welding experience with carbon steel.
- Experience using a spool gun MIG for aluminum welding (preferred).
- Basic fitting and fabrication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- A dependable, safety-first approach to every shift.
- Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Pay Range: $24–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Employment Type: Full-Time
