- Perform stick welding on precast concrete components and embedded steel hardware
- Read and interpret basic welding blueli>
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety procedures - Work in a production environment with concrete forms and rebar assemblies
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Prior experience with stick welding (SMAW)
- Familiarity with precast concrete or structural steel preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently
