Pay Rate:
$22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:We are seeking experienced Combo Welders (MIG & TIG) to join our team in a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication environment
. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet production demands.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal components
- Read and follow fabrication drawings and work instructions
- Maintain weld quality and meet production standards
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Work overtime and weekends as required
- Minimum 2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience
- Sheet metal fabrication experience strongly preferred
- Must pass a weld test during the interview process
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Flexibility to rotate to 2nd shift as needed
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Current Day Shift:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Second Shift (when assigned):
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Includes a $1.50/hour shift differential
- $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience
- $1.50/hour shift differential for night shift
