A global energy services company is looking for a Global Lean Lead to spearhead the Lean Program in their Houston, Texas facility. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of Lean principles, engaging all levels of personnel to foster a culture of continuous improvement. They should have 7-10 years in Supply Chain or Manufacturing, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and preferably hold Lean certifications.

This role includes responsibilities ranging from process improvement to collaboration with multiple departments, ensuring operational excellence.
