• Pay: $17.00 per hour (weekly pay, based on experience)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM – 1:30 AM | Overtime as needed

Position OverviewAs a Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring finished materials are properly packaged, secured, and prepared for shipment. Your work will directly support safe transportation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence for both domestic and export orders.
Key Responsibilities- Package finished materials according to shop copies and detailed work instructions.
- Operate strapping, banding, shrink-wrap, and stretch-wrap equipment.
- Build and secure pallets, including blocking and dunnage, for domestic and export shipments.
- Verify pallet weight and dimensions using industrial scales and measuring tools.
- Accurately measure materials and packaging using a measuring tape.
- Safely operate a forklift to move, stage, and load materials.
- Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Experience operating packaging equipment and handling materials.
- Strong proficiency using and reading a measuring tape (skills testing required).
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
- Ability to read work orders, follow written instructions, and perform basic math.
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety.
