We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Material Handler.
Role and Responsibilities- Receives and/or ships materials to include packaging, labeling and staging
- Verifies quantities of incoming and outgoing materials
- Loads and unloads material
- Gathers parts/product/materials for issue or distribution to shipping or other cross-functional departments
- Completes necessary paperwork accurately
- Performs housekeeping duties; such as cleaning, sweeping and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment
- Assists with the transaction of materials in shop floor system
- Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
- May conduct visual mechanical inspection to identify cosmetic issues
- May use isopropyl alcohol or similar substances to clean products
- May perform some data entry and filing
