Operations Manager, Manufacturing Production
The Lead Warehouse Assembler oversees daily assembly operations, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and shipped on schedule. This role monitors assembly personnel, reallocates labor as needed, trains new employees, and actively participates in building assigned orders.
Responsibilities- Serve as backup to the Assembly Supervisor
- Ensure assembly operations comply with Bray policies and procedures related to assembly, tagging, quality control, and safety
- Organize work orders and assign tasks to assembly personnel to meet customer request and shipping dates
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or order priorities as needed
- Perform quality control checks as required
- Train all new assembly employees
- Operate warehouse and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and assembly operations, including forklift/power equipment operation and employee training
- Leadman or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
- Proven experience in valve assembly and testing preferred
- Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator Certification and Sit-Down Propane Forklift Certification
- Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory, work orders, and production scheduling
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States (required)
- Ability to use computers for printing orders and tags
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with minimal supervision
- High-energy, flexible, self-motivated, and hands-on work style
- Comfortable working with limited administrative support
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Overtime, including Saturdays, as needed
