Pay Rate:

* 1st Shift Assembler I: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

* 2nd Shift Assembler I: $16.75 - $18.75 per hour (includes $1.75 shift differential for 2nd shift)

Essential Responsibilities

* Helps identify problems with assemblies, generates Non-Conforming Material Reports to document issues.

* Works with Manufacturing Engineering to identify solutions and supports the implementation of solutions.

* Works with Quality Engineering on continuous improvement of established assembly and quality management processes.

* Supports ISO 9001:2008 internal audits, as well as ISO 9001:2008 re-certification preparation / audits.

* Streamlines existing assembly/integration processes by collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering to analyze current processes; presents recommendations for improvement.

* Provides daily/weekly status of projects within work group

* Assemble, test and box product from all product lines made inside the plant

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing experience

Desired Characteristics

* Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required

* Ability and willingness to work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities

* Ability and willingness to be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required

* Ability and willingness to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications/Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
