We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assemblers to support various assembly lines within our client’s manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in producing high-quality, custom power solutions that meet customer requirements across multiple industries, including healthcare, data centers, education, government, and commercial construction. The Electromechanical Assembler is a key contributor to our client’s mission of delivering durable, accurate, and innovative products while supporting the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIESAND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations according to work instructions, process sheets, and SOPs
- Assemble electromechanical components using hand tools and power tools
- Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
- Safely operate machinery and equipment used in the assembly process
- Accurately record production data, material usage, and scrap amounts
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in compliance with safety requirements
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet production goals
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection)
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying issues and driving resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect parts
- Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on an intermittent basis
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, standing, bending, and reaching
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Must adhere to all PPE and safety requirements
- Technical secondary education preferred
- Basic computer skills with accurate data entry experience
- Ability to perform simple math for interpreting process sheets, SOPs, tally sheets, and tracking materials
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams preferred
- Proficient use of hand tools and power tools
- Good hand dexterity and grip strength
- Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- High personal integrity and ethical standards
