About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager position is ideal for motivated professionals with a background in industrial or packaging consumables sales. This role will focus on building new customer relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Target industries include load securement and manufacturing, breakbulk/ocean freight, AAR/rail, lumber/truss plants, metals, and paper mills. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a consultative partner, providing securement solutions that address the evolving needs of industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to grow market share and drive revenue across Texas and surrounding regions.
- Promote woven and composite strapping solutions to customers in manufacturing, distribution, and industrial markets.
- Conduct on-site visits, plant walk-throughs, and solution-based presentations to demonstrate product value and performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in sales of packaging or industrial consumables, with specific experience in strapping, load securement, or related equipment/products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships and manage sales cycles in industrial markets.
