Warehouse Order Selector

Job Summary

Warehouse Order Selector at Gordon Food Service, located at 11303 Antoine Dr, Houston, TX 77066. Full‑time position within Operations – Outbound. The role involves setting and retrieving items in the warehouse to fulfill customer orders. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in freezer conditions, but no prior experience is required – we’ll train you.

Pay: Starting at $21.29/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium). Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year and higher pay for speed and efficiency.

• Sunday – Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off.
• 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to end of shift (approximate finish time; varies based on work volume).

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (freezer work).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English – to read labels, pick lists, scanner instructions, signage, and complete paperwork.
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
