This entry-level position fits within the operations team, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, and does not involve managing people. The role's purpose is high standards of safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment, directly impacting our commitment to environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
  • Safely operate an automated bagging system to package products efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts in warehouse settings and off-road environments as needed.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability.
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the bagging and storage processes.
  • Count pallets and bags to verify quantities and prevent discrepancies.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the current product line to support accurate handling.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and secure work area at all times.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support team and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
  • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automated packaging systems.
  • Familiarity with sustainable waste recycling processes.
  • Ability to perform basic math for counting and inventory tasks.
  • Prior experience in a dusty or outdoor work environment.
What to Expect

In this hands-on role as a Bagging Associate, you'll join a dynamic operations team focused on sustainable waste recycling, where your daily efforts directly contribute to efficient product packaging and distribution for retail, wholesale, and emergency response support. Expect a fast-paced warehouse environment with constant exposure to dust, dirt, and mechanical equipment, requiring you to operate automated bagging systems, forklifts (both indoors and off-road), manage inventory, maintain quality control, count pallets and bags, and keep your work area clean and safe.
