We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Night Shift Welder to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality divulgatory welds on a range of materials. Key Responsibilities- Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, Incoloy 625, and other materials
- Execute short arc and pulse welding techniques to meet project specifications
- Weld stainless steel grades 316 and 304 with precision and consistency
- Weld Incoloy 625 and various chrome grades of pipe (13, 22, and 25)
- Work with thin materials, demonstrating skill and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings
- Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure compliance with standards
- Monitor and daily maintenance of machines
- must be available to work night shifts and overtime as needed
- Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding processes
- Strong knowledge of welding stainless steel, Incoloy 625, and chrome-grade pipes
- Ability to perform short arc and pulse welding techniques
- Experience welding thin materials is a plus
- Familiarity with welding codes and safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
1:30 PM to 10:00 PM for days requiring a 8 hour shift
3:30 PM to 2:00 AM for days requiring a 10 hour shift.
