- Lead a team of production operators and technicians to achieve daily production goals and meet quality standards.
- Monitor production activities closely, ensuring adherence to schedules and processes.
- Provide hands‑on support to the team, assisting with setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance, to resolve production challenges.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability among the production team.
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates.
- Address any production issues promptly to minimize disruptions and downtime.
- Experience with finishing machine systems (e.g., Cefla and Superfici).
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, with 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate a diverse team.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving abilities with a track record of driving process improvement.
