As our MOD Tech Support Expert, you will analyze, problem‑solve, and collaborate to complete objectives while working with customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture and achieve safety and quality goals, driving customer satisfaction and profitable results.

We require 8+ years of progressive modernization field experience, including installation management and training at the field level. Your background should include supervising, managing, and leading people within a union workforce. A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
